The primary mission of Bowman Manufacturing is to provide consistent
quality through all phases of the design, manufacturing and assembly processes. By
instituting a unique and highly effective Total Quality Management (TQM) program, we are
able to demonstrate a superior Quality Rating throughout our plant. The intense

Auto-Nesting: Our sophisticated, computer-controlled punch presses enable us to
nest several parts on one blank sheet of material. This process results in the highest
possible quality and material yield and allows us to run additional parts as needed.
Cellular Manufacturing: Through project planning, we can configure groups of
equipment and processes in an efficient manner to turn out components in linear stages
with strategic TQM checkpoints.
Computer Management: From the time a project enters the planning process, every
phase of its approval - including materials inventory, manufacturing, assembly and TQM -
is monitored in real time to provide the customer with instant job status. |
