Audio Chassis

 

 

 

Case1 1

Case Study:    

A company developing audio switching equipment needed help in designing the new chassis for their debut product.  Through their industry colleagues they’d learned of Bowman’s capabilities in designing cost effective and attractive packaging. Collaboration with Bowman rapidly resulted in sketches, 3D models

and a green light for prototyping.  Five prototypes were made and placed in the hands of end users for evaluation.  Feedback was very positive, and with minor tweaks to the design, Bowman was contracted to move forward to full production.

Case Study:  

Bowman was approached to take a previously designed retail Kiosk vending system and reengineer it for automated production while adhering to stringent specifications. The primary focus was to create a design that could be produced in less time and save money from the previous models. Complicating the project was a tight deadline to have the prototype ready for end-user demonstration in a high-traffic retail setting. The prototype contained multiple systems from a touch-screen interface to industrial-grade internal components that provided a number of unique design challenges.
